About AI Email Filter

Why we built it
Native filters work well for stable sender or subject conditions. We wanted another option for categories that depend on meaning and variable wording: descriptions you can test on your own messages before applying actions. AI Email Filter is an addition to your mailbox, not a mail provider or a replacement for spam protection.
How the product works
- Your category descriptions. The classifier uses sender, subject and a limited body preview to choose one category per message. Explicit references and exclusions help you check the decision.
- Model choice and data processing. You can configure a supported model endpoint. The application reads email data and may send classification input there. Keeping processing within your infrastructure requires hosting both application and model there.
- Review and action limits. Classify a sample before applying actions. History can help reverse recorded folder moves if the message remains accessible. Delete reversal is unsupported and a forwarded copy cannot be recalled.
- Your existing mailbox. Connect a reachable IMAP server with supported credentials. Provider authentication policies still apply; consult the connection guides before entering credentials.
